Our Delivery Rules

Hello! As Royal Musical Instruments, we know that ordering a new musical instrument is an exciting process. It is also very important to us that the instrument you choose reaches you safely. Below, we sincerely explain how our delivery process works:

1. Piano Delivery (Our Gift!)

If you purchase a large acoustic or digital piano from us, we take care of its transportation.

  • Service: Piano delivery is included in the sale price and is arranged by our professional team.

  • Exclusion: Portable (movable, without stand) digital pianos and synthesizers are not included in this service. They are delivered according to the "Other instruments" category.

  • Time: Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. Our managers will contact you to confirm the most suitable time.

2. Guitars, Synthesizers, and Other Instruments

For small and medium-sized instruments, we currently do not have a special courier service. You have two convenient ways to get these products:

  • Store pickup: The most reliable way is to visit our store, try out the instrument, and pick it up yourself. We'd be happy to see you!

  • Taxi delivery: If you cannot come to the store, we can send your order to your address via a taxi you arrange. In this case, the organization and payment of the taxi service are carried out by you.

3. Responsibility and Safety

We treat musical instruments like our own children, so:

  • Inspection: Every instrument leaving the store is carefully checked both visually and technically.

  • Taxi delivery: When handing over the instrument to the taxi driver you arranged, we take a video or photo confirming that it is in good condition. Our store is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit from the moment the instrument is handed over to the driver. Therefore, we recommend sending drivers you know and trust.
