Our Delivery Policy

Hello! At Royal Musical Instruments, we know that ordering a new musical instrument is an exciting process. It is very important to us that the instrument you choose reaches you safely. Below, we explain how our delivery process works in a friendly way:

1. Piano Delivery (Our Gift to You!)

If you purchase a large acoustic or digital piano from us, we take care of its transport.

  • Service: Piano delivery is included in the sale price and is organized by our professional team.

  • Exception: Portable (stand-less) digital pianos and synthesizers are not included in this service. They are delivered according to the "Other Instruments" category.

  • Time: The delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days. Our managers will contact you to confirm the most convenient time.

2. Guitars, Synthesizers, and Other Instruments

We do not yet have a dedicated courier service for small and medium-sized instruments. You have two convenient ways to receive these products:

  • Store Pickup: The most reliable way is to visit our store to both test the instrument and pick it up yourself. We would be happy to see you!

  • Taxi Delivery: If you cannot come to the store, we can dispatch your order via a taxi service arranged by you. In this case, the arrangement and payment of the taxi service are handled by you.

3. Responsibility and Safety

We treat musical instruments like our own children, therefore:

  • Inspection: Every instrument leaving the store is carefully checked both visually and technically.

  • Taxi Shipping: When handing the instrument over to the taxi driver you arranged, we take photos or videos to confirm that it is in good condition. From the moment the instrument is handed over to the driver, our store is not responsible for any damage that may occur on the road. Therefore, we recommend that you send drivers you know and trust.
