Extended keys create more even resistance from the front to the back of the keyboard; meanwhile, NEOTEX key surfaces provide a controlled touch during long playing sessions.

The GX series uses full underfelt hammers with a light and stiff mahogany core. The 1.41 m² straight-grained and tapered solid spruce soundboard converts string vibrations into a broad, balanced tone. Four back posts, a vertically laminated treble bridge, and a hybrid inner frame support the transmission of energy to the soundboard. The CORE system unites the piano’s primary power points at the acoustic center; the SOLID construction holds the pinblock, upper beam, and case in a single robust structure.
